Kingsdown Holiday Homes is an Owners site, offering seaside holidays in Deal, Kent - in Chalet and Lodges at Kingsdown park directly from the owners. It is situated on the coast and beach between Deal and Dover with fantastic sea views.
Chalet 46 is a beautifully furnished & contemporary holiday home, with fantastic sea views from the front rooms and furniture on the new large front verandah. It has a rear decking, great for the afternoon sun, where more outdoor furniture & a BBQ are provided - ideal for dining alfresco. Electricity is included in the price.

From cosy evenings snuggled on the corner sofa to al fresco breakfasts with a sea view, Chalet 46 provides the perfect relaxing break for any time you want to escape!
No. 46 can sleep up to 6 people, or 7 using the sofa bed in the lounge. This contemporary holiday home is beautifully furnished with fantastic sea views from the front and a veranda at the rear. Outdoor furniture is provided - ideal for dining alfresco. There is a new large railed front decking on which to enjoy the fantastic sea views.
There is one upstairs double bedroom and a twin and bunk bedroom downstairs.
The double height living room boasts a large corner sofa, dining table and wide-screen TV. The outdoor decking area is accessed via the bedrooms.
Chalet 46 is owned by a family who fell in love with this special part of Kent whilst holidaying here for many years. They have lovingly created a property where visitors instantly feel at ease and are free to truly appreciate the location and everything the local area can offer.
This relaxed, contemporary, Scandi-style chalet benefits from a stunning full height open plan living space with double doors opening onto the front verandah. Here, bistro style furniture allows you to enjoy the fantastic sea views in the morning sun.
The recently refitted kitchen is complete with halogen hob and extractor hood, fan oven, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. Everything you should need to cook and prepare your meals whist you stay can be found here (let us know if there’s something forgotten!). The kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine with a couple of complimentary coffee pods. Please bring your own if you wish to continue using the machine.
The open plan space is completed by the dinning table for six, modern corner sofa, large HD TV, DVD player and DAB radio. Ambient and task lighting keeps the space flexible for use throughout the day; with soft furnishings and specially commissioned photography completing the room.
The remainder of the downstairs space is set aside to a twin and bunk bedroom with doors straight out to the large rear decking area. A family bathroom with WC, basin and shower leads from the functional hallway.
Upstairs is home to the master bedroom with double bed, drawers, hanging area and bedside tables. The room has the unique triangular windows ubiquitous with these chalets at each end; providing views across the site and out to sea. There is dressing table and small seating area on the mezzanine overlooking the living area.
